Breach surge spark damage question

What is the damage of he breach surge, i know it have a damage multiplier, but dont what it multiply

The damage is based on the damage dealt to the target that released the spark

It multiplies the damage dealt on the last hit on the enemy. If you are using a high damage weapon such as snipers, launchers or melee, you get sparks with massive damage. If you are using guns with less damage per shot, you get less damage per spark even if their dps is high.

based off of the Damage instance that triggered it. just like a DoT or most any other form of on-hit Effect.
