Because DE's bots are trash.  DE have taken a hard-line stance with their chat moderation, and other people not being suspended isn't down to policy being inconsistent but rather the tools not functioning properly.

I guess that makes sense.

Please discuss ban with support.

Unfortunately they most likely won't override bot's chat suspension decision and tell you to wait it out.

For your information, you are free to say anything unless there is kickbot/kekbot present.  Bots have no sense of context or intent, so what triggers bots is something you wouldn't be able to guess with common sense.  Some words are to be kicked but some would result in ban, particularly homosexual, racist and propaganda phrases.

Always be alerted to what you typed in region/trade/recruit chat before you hit enter.

Warframe is an M rated game. And people swear in region all the time so why arent other people getting suspended?

The rating is about what the game is like. It's rated by an outside party and not by DE.
The chat is regulated by DE. The chat isn't related to the game's rating. And if DE doesn't want you to use the words you used, then you get a suspension.
You had no reason to say what you said other than you wanted to write that. Accept the consequences of your doing.

To supplement WhiteMarker accurate post, while the game itself does contain some mature content, that doesn't overlap with your right to say whatever you want in chat.  It is in DE's best interest, Warframe's best interest, and the community's best interest to cultivate a chat environment that encourages productivity and cooperation and discourages hostility within the community.  Since programmed bots don't have the sophistication to understand context, they have to operate in a "better safe than sorry" way, so removing words or phrases that are often used in hostile ways is at this point the best that can generally be done.  It isn't perfect, and there will always be holes that individuals who want to bypass the censors can slip through, but it does statistically make a difference in how cooperative vs hostile the community is, so it's an approach worth taking.  I hope that helps explain why the system is there even though it's not ideal.
