In the second case, one of the bazillion GoGoAnime mirrors. ...actually, I don't know if gogoanime has a lot of ads, since I use an adblocker. HorribleSubs was some pretty great fansubbing of anime, though with Crunchyroll actually working with the Japanese studios to get stuff subbed super fast, it's really cutting into fansubs' efforts.
