Since there's a technology to copy your frame appearance and turn it to a statue, why don't we still have configurable statue articulas for dojo?

That would be nice to have.  Could be useful for clans if they want to reward members for winning some internal thing or to use as a way to mark different player's rooms/wings of the dojo. 

Would also be nice for clans to change the statue even to set list of frames would be better than all loki.

Right, heres why:

Your statues rely on your arsanal loadout that they mimic. Its not really copying as much as it is streaming the loadout.

To that end the problem with a dojo version is how it would connect to these loadouts. Each dojo would need to store that loadout data seperatly from any account information, for each statue. That a massive strain on the severs (whereas orbitor status use data that already being saved).

Well, that makes sense. Then I at least hope for default looking frame statues.

Yea, pretty sure they mentioned it might be something added in the future.
