Can any devs tell me why I scanned somachords for the tempestarii quest and got nothing in my inventory? And how to fix it

I even retried the stage sets 35 times and nothing shows up for scanning... What gives I want my tempestarii sleeping in the cold below music track..... :/

Have you even bothered to check the music player in the quarters? Like everybody else has?

Had this same problem while I was scanning it with a Semaris Scanner, clan-mate said to use a regular scanner, it worked for me. Good luck!
