Update Failed! I cannot get it to update! PLEASE PLEASE help!!

Hi Guys,

Please could a kind soul assist me with my launcher? Whenever I launch, I get:

"Update Failed! Some content updates could not be downloaded from our servers."

What I have tried:

1. Running as administrator.

2. Updating C+++

3. Restarting everything I can think of.

4. I have created logs and logged a ticket. No response.

5. Verified Caches

6. Disabled aggressive and bulk downloads

Further information:

Launcher: 2021.05.25.08.29

Engine: 2021.05.25.16.41

The update that it wants to download is 704k, then it just fails. Please correct me if I need to post somewhere else?

Probably cannot help you here, so your best bet is to wait for support. It may take a bit of time before they respond.

What OS are you using?

Could be a connection glitch and it works later.

I had this last year as well. It was 754kb, however.

It could be a provider issue. It was for me. I used my laptop to download the full game at work and copied the files into my install folder on my PC and it worked. I do this every time when this issue pops up.

I'm using Win10, but internet is stable. I guess I'll wait and hope. Thanks

Unfortunately this isn't really an option for me. But thank you for taking the time to respond!

Hi,

I've been having the same issues that I couldn't launch warframe. The Launcher would crash before even showing anything. The Windows Error log showed a generic ntdll error as cause for the crash.

I opened a cmd with admin rights and ran sfc /scannow, this fixed the error and now the launcher works as it should. I hope that helps others.
