Steel Path Incursions. Not playing the objective. Acolyte Camping.

So, Steel Path

go into an Incursion mission, rather than just do the mission players camp out for the 5-7min window for an Acolyte to spawn.

This is silly, when the game encourages people to Not Play the objective, things need to be looked at.

 

Given that Incursions are Time Gated anyway, do they really need the Acolyte Timer? What if for Incursions specifically, an Acolyte had a chance to spawn based on completing mission tasks, instead of a fixed time window? - so, Sabotage the reactor, the Acolyte spawns on your way to the exit.

 

I understand why they're on a Timer in general, its so people don't just keep re-running Fast Missions like Rescue ops to farm them. But given the purpose of Incursions is a Guaranteed Casual way to get SE, and that they have their innate time gate; maybe that could be changed for them specifically?

 

-or (less popular for sure) just disable Acolytes in Incursions. There's a whole other starchart if people want to Camp.
