Tennocon 2021 Digital Pack not letting me purchase?

Due to circumstances I was unable to purchase the TennoCon 2021 Digital Pack until today. It ends tomorrow. The price was available yesterday, yet looking at it today and it says "Purchase for Please Wait... ?" Is this some early closing? Sure as hell isn't July 24, 11a.m. ET yet.

Steam won't help a console player however, it's for PC players like yourself.

I wonder if OP would be able to find out by ticketing Digital Extremes directly, Microsoft or both and explaining it to the Support teams about it...

Oh right, didn't notice OP was on Xbox. My bad.

It is weird that it is available on Steam and Epic, but not on the official site or console stores.

I can't check PSN as I purchased it before Tennocon sadly so cannot tell our OP with any certainity if it is or isn't available as it just says I bought it... pity really
