how long it takes to my account after i buying platinum?

Hi guys

I'm a taiwan's player .
I bought the platinum on website and pay buy VISA in July 27.
but I still don't get any platinum in the game.

is this normal or abnormal? 

PS.
I already send a mail to warframe support, but it reply always is "we are busy. please wait"

You already contacted Warframe Support Team? Good.

Now you should call your personal VISA credit card company and talk to them. They will advise you of your options.

If your credit card was charged by "DRI*DIGITALEXTREMES" or "steam.com", then your platinum is legitimate and DE has not delivered your purchase. It is possible that a different transaction handler exists for bank accounts in Asia/Oceania, but I don't have that information.

If you purchased platinum from any website other than Warframe.com or store.steampowered.com, it is fake and you should cancel your transaction immediately.

I don't use paypal either, and wether i purchase trough steam or warframe.com i always get my purchase instantly unless there is heavy traffic or some other issues, in which case it will still be only minutes.

And i click the link in game then it transfer me to a payment website
Could it be wrong? or fake website

Technically, yes it is possible to be fake directed to a website. But I do not think that happened to you in this situation.

The Warframe game linking you to the website to buy the platinum is real, and "DRI" (Digital Riven International) is also real. So I think this is a situation of your purchase getting stuck on DE's servers.

Did DE Support Staff say "we are investigating, please wait" ?  or did they say "we are busy, please wait" ?

actually ,the reply is a automeil,it say ''We apologize for the delay in responding to your question sheet. Our customer service staff are working hard to resolve new issues as soon as possible, but unfortunately, during the peak period of the influx of issues, the response time is likely to be delayed."

So @book5601 you can choose to wait, or you can ask VISA to reverse the transaction. No matter what you choose to do, it looks like you will not get your platinum for a time.

 

@[DE]Saske If you are able to comment, how long do you think is a reasonable amount of time to wait in this specific situation?

Depending on the cause of the problem could it be a week, a month, or unknown?

Hey guys

I wanna update my resent news...
I finally got the platinum in my game, after 22 days

yesterday morning I got the official reply email ,the meaning of whole email can short as:


WE CHEAKED THIS ACCOUNT , AND WE SENT  PLASTINUM TO YOUR ACCOUNT PLEASE CHEAK!
IT TOKE SOME TIME TO INTESTIGATE ,FOR INCONVENIENCE WE APOLOGIZE.

 

I actually care more about the reason why it been delay.
And how they improvement if it happen next time.

I will keep follow this event and hope a proper response,
at that time I will be back!!!!!!!

HOPE I CAN HELP THOSE PEOPLE HAVE SITUATION LIKE ME!
