Can you upgrade from Prime accessories pack to Prime access?

As someone who's never purchased Prime access or an accessory pack before, I'm curious what happens if you buy the accessory bundle then at a later time decide you want the full Prime access bundle. Does the Prime access pack get discounted or are you buying the same content again? I was digging through the FAQ for the page but didn't quite understand how upgrading works or if the information was accurate.

you're supposed to be discounted for what you have already purchased, yes.

Yeah it does get discounted.

Thanks for the answers, Nidus is my main so I was considering buying his pack but didn't know if I could afford the full prime access so I wanted to start with the accessories first and see if I could get the rest later.
