Do previous years Lunar New Year items ever return?

Just saw a player use the Lunar Year Zarr skin, and didn't realize it made firework sounds! And now I want it as a result.
But does Lunar Year skins return? Did any of the previous Lunar Year skins return this year?

I don't mind having to wait for a year to grab it, but it'd suck if I could never get hold of that skin. Does anyone know of the chances it'll return in 2023?

So far none of the previous year items have re-appeared, i believe they must be exclusive to the themes they released with for that year so you will have to wait until around 2032 until those items return.

Oh man, that SUPER bums me out. Really hope they reconsider this, because waiting for 12 years for an item to return is absurd. :c

The game hasn't even been out for 12 years yet!
