Can the Warframe OSTs including WALT be used for Content Creation?

A friend, who is a content creator mainly over on twitch recently got into Warframe, he's loving it so far, and he got blown away by his Entrance to Fortuna for the first time!

So he was asking me if it was cool to use these songs in a stream (legally speaking).
But I could not find any information, neither here nor on twitter/elsewhere, so I was wondering if content creators are allowed to stream OSTs from Warframe, specifically songs like
