OmeTech - Zoot/Flapper

Appearance

A new Dual Warframe. Twin brother and sister, with 20’s chic Art Deco  aesthetics, but with aztec influence over Egyptian.
Zoot the silhouette from a Zoot Suit, with details evocative of a Jaguar warrior. Shorter, but very broud. Flapper, has the iconic dress. Taller but more slender and adorned with  quetzal feathers.

Halfway normal ideal animation, the sibling frame will appear to do a dance move with their partner. This animation will differ depending on the equipped animation. Mixing Noble and Agile animation yield different results.

Passive

Sundered Steps
All Impact Damage from power attacks remove armor or shields, respectfully, permanently.

Successful power attacks on single target returns 50% of cast energy. 

Powers

Dosi Do [25]

Hold to toggle/switch forms
Tap to Grapple target. Grapple sets up for another power move.

Tango [50]

The twins form, and Tango step together, while the power is held to charge. This buffs Power Strength 3% at base. Charge can be held for 6 seconds, increasing buff 2% per second.
If they reach a target a grapple will be performed depending on which form the Warfare has alternated to. If transforms into the brother, they will grab and Irish Boots the target. If transforms into the sister, they will Stunner Kick the target. Launching target in air.
Grapple attack base damage 1000 impact.
Movement speed base 1.2

Fox Trot  [75]

The Warframes step together with the alternate grappling a target to commit a power bomb. 
Power bomb damage 2000 impact
If Dosi Do is selected, the sibling will alternate again, with a Doomsday Device, or team slam. 4000 impact damage

Moon Waltz [25 Channelling]

The siblings waltz toward, causing the ground to shake and knock enemies within base 10 meters to fall over. Tapping Dosi Do on grounded target will initiate Moonsault attack. 5000 impact damage
