Rebalance old weapons please.

There's currently more weapons people hardly use, than weapons they do. There's A LOT of old weapons that need to be rebalanced to modern day Warframe. Usually games with build systems do rebalancing all the time, but not Warframe as often.. Why is that? Things absolutely are not that perfectly balanced.. Yes we have gotten balanced in past, but not like that. Theres probably hundreds of weapons that would be tons of POTENTIAL, if they were rebalanced, and people would play them again.. This would same time indirectly affect the player retention a little bit more to better direction, since there would be more weapons that are viable in modern day Warframe.. People are reaching "endgame" levels in couple months already, and accessing Steel Path in mr9-15 already.. So absolutely I believe the years old weapons that are obsolete, because they are so crappy... Need to be rebalanced. Currently there's SO MUCH weapons taht are nothing but MR fodder, and going to waste.. Yes, of course weapons like this have to exist, but the sheer amount of these weapons currently in this game waaaay too much. Please ask Pablo, or whoever is in charge about this stuff, to look into it every now, and then.. Even after this ammo system change, the meta still did not become versatile enough. People are sitll spamming AoE weapons, still using same stuff anyways.. Also people are running out of new guns to have fun with, at mr20 already, because so many guns are useless in this game. Of course some weapons need to be worse, like the ones that have Prime versions out... But STILL there's A LOT of weapons that don't have, and are obsolete.

 

PLEASE Digital Extremes, look into your older arsenal! There is so much potential there, and interesting weapons, that only need to be revitalized <3 This game has main core community that plays this game like it had an endless endgame, when it does not. PLEASE do something about this problem. You don't always need to be making new content, if the older content is outdated <3 Think about this for a moment, and go look into your older arsenal for a while.

I absolutely agree that some weapons need rebalancing to be viable in the endgame. Although as you said, some weapons need to be in the "starter" weapons category and some weapons need their crafting recipe changed. looking at you sibear, im not fing farming 20k cryotic for a piece of ice on a stick that isnt that good! Pardon me, just wanted to let off some steam.
It would certainly be nice if that happens, maybe it will, maybe DE are working on it right now, who knows.

if that were the case, they would also have to change the MR required to get them :D.

So many weapons have fun gimmicks and usage but they get sweeped under the common rug of "fodder" by most of the playerbase. 

I wouldn't mind DE taking a break from "new content" for a year or two if they look into existing content and balance/buff/revisit it to bring it up to par with the meta. Same goes for bugfixes and QoL changes.

I'm looking at the last update and all the QoL changes they implemented, and I can only say, we need more of this stuff.

Agreed. I've always enjoyed it whenever DE did their previous balance passes, so I'd absolutely be down for more at some point.

DE: Why wasting time on rebalancing weapons or warframe with low usage rate? 
They will do it when we need to sell skins and bundle. 
Ref. Buff Hallow, Garuda, 3 starter warframe when release Prime Resurgence again.
