Companion Weapon riven mod unveiled into a MR 0 "Rifle" mod with no properties. Images attached.

Hello, my Companion Weapon riven mod unveiled in a clearly broken manner, having no real name and zero properties. Here are some screenshots plus a small video showing menu navigation with this mod present.

Summary of what I was doing when the bug occurred:
-bug took place at approximately 6am EST
-I was playing as Nezha Prime on Earth/Cervantes in solo mode.
-no mission objectives were completed because I was focusing on the riven challenge
-shortly after unveiling the riven I aborted the mission, though I did wait long enough for the riven's unveiling splash screen to disappear
-the normal riven "announcement" screen did not pop up when I got back to the orbiter
-checked my arsenal to find the above glitched mod

Resolution goal:
Whenever you get around to fixing this, since this does represent multiple days worth of Simaris standing, I'll graciously take a replacement veiled Companion Weapon mod. That said, I would like to request any random Helstrum riven mod in place of the veiled.
