MagPrime Posted April 16, 2023 Share Posted April 16, 2023 Recently I started o er on Switch while I wait for repairs to my PC and I've noticed some UI changes since I last used the mining guns & run Hive missions. While I understand adding the tumor markers to the minimaps I cannot fathom the reasoning behind removing the mining icons on the minimap, the only thing that's been consistently agreed upon in my conversations with other players is that the mining icons could have cluttered the minimap and cause frustration for players. Entirely plausible but as there is no option to change the color of the mining visuals it doesn't make sense to remove the only other obvious visual clue as to where the gem or ore is. My feedback would be to please stop trying to make a single change to appeal to the majority and simply add more personalization options, allowing players to choose what shows up in the minimap. Or let us change the colors of those squares so they're easier to see. Which could also be another player customization. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
