Chat moderator

I've played this game for a very long time, pretty close to day 1, but not quite. Yet today I was banned(suspended) from chat without reason other than asking the moderator for assistance. I'm asking the devs if they're planning to fix the on going issue with this moderator. They have been banning people left and right just because they can. Deleting people's messages and more. I'm asking why this is being allowed to go on for so long. And before I get that classic copy/paste go submit a ticket to support. Clearly that isn't solving the issue nova. And this mod isn't messaging people letting them know what they supposedly did wrong. It's a power trip so they want to remain hidden so it's harder to prove who did it.

Probably something like "fix this goddamn crap you morons and do it fkin now or else!".

first rule of Warframe: Stay away from region chat.

Best way to do things :

• F6 your chat : It's warframe screen capture (better proof for ticket)
• Get your EE.log : Alt-F4, restart, in launcher setting (wheel in upper right) / GET LOGS (all Chat inclued even if it's deleted)
• Add the EDT time when the problem happen (EDT : east-day-time, Warframe Headquarter time)
• Add the Region that are in the settings and your native country language (I'm french and get ban because I use french words that was detected as insult in english, an some moderator. a bit like : Sl4t3's Schinkenspicker )
• Ticket all of this and ask for why you got banned (not to get unbanned, not punish the mod, JUST ASK WHY ? is the moderator a bot, is he following a not-very-bright order)

The forums are unable to assist with account issues, including suspensions from chat.

If you want to appeal against the suspension, you will need to contact support by submitting a ticket as they are the only ones able to assist with this.
