Warframe is already very diverse and inclusive - and it's also quite telling that women in this game are typically those who hold very high ranks. The Grineer are a matriarchy (led by women) and the Corpus also have the Sisters directly under Parvos. We then have the Lotus/Margulis on the Tenno side as well. As for "why am I forced to play as a man?", well, it just so happens that all the things you mentioned have in-game lore reasons for being men.
