Why Doesn't The Lotus Say Her Quotes About My Warframe?

So, I've been playing for over a month, and when I first started The Lotus would say her quotes when I bought or built a warframe, but now she isn't saying them if I buy OR build them, what is wrong/what am I doing wrong?

I don't think I have ever experienced anything like that.

Can you give an example? Are there Frame-specific lines you've heard from her?

And that's a message you have seen pop-up in-game when you claimed him from the Foundry?

Alas, entirely new to me, and I have crafted both regular and Prime Grendel ... plus all the other Frames, heh.

(The "Hint Transmissions" option is toggled on for me, pretty much always has been.)

Can anyone else confirm that these are actual messages from the game, and not just flavor text on the Wiki?

I've never heard her say any of these lines, except in trailers and such. Nothing in game though.
