Try being Switch Teleport juggled by 5 Commanders in different rooms while you're trying to escort a hostage. I assumed they or their ability was removed... No it still is there. The change is though that Commanders became very rare encounter and are tied to specific level, prior 2.0 it was somewhere +20 levels where they appeared.
