Riven stats aren't the same when linked in chat is this a bug?

I don't want to submit a bug report if incase there's something I'm missing but this made got me blocked by a buyer and miss out on 300 plat so I'm admittedly a little frustrated.

I have a riven that when inspected in my mod menus shows different stats than are listed in my inventory. (Imgur link of both views: https://imgur.com/a/j1C72Nb)

From my mod menu I'm shown (image linked above): +105.2% Multishot/+106.6% Status Chance/+102.4% Electricity/-44.2% Reload Speed

But if I link it in chat or view it from the riven cycle menu I'm shown +96.4% Multishot/+97.7% Status Chance/+93.8% Electricity/-40.5% Reload speed

Is this a bug?

Disposition, yo.

The link shows the dispo / stats the Riven would have on the Prime.

The Mod Station shows the dispo of the base version, which is higher than on the Prime.

Is this a bug?

To add to what has been mentioned, when viewing riven stats via a chat link, bottom right corner shows the weapon. You can cycle through different weapons variants to see the different stats.
