A different buff font at Cetus by rolling dice?

So i was just going through the second part of the devstream , and noticed that in the shrine there will be an option to roll dice - that doesnt actually have any gameplay impact,

I was thinking , what if it actually does have an impact ?

tiny buffs similar to the fonts on various relays for the day - nothing very significant but cool to have nonetheless?

The fortune telling part? So like... 

"A friend in need, is a friend indeed, extra allies, extra bleed" for that day, you can only matchmake with people on your friends list, and no one else. However you will do extra bleed damage that scales with your friends list. 

"The wheel turns, and its a rotation I see, no more waiting, for round 3", you can only get Rotation C rewards for that day. 

"Your fortune smells foul, but not in that way, its actually your enemies that will pay!" all attacks will guarantee an additional and forced Gas proc on enemies. Lasts a day. 

I like it!

uh sure ,

i was thinking more along the lines of 10% chance to proc a random element ,

10% chance to replenish shields when depleted ,

10% chance that a shot doesn't consume ammo.

Tiny passive things.

Hah I figured, my examples were just silly jokes. Your suggestions sound much better (and practical).
