TKDancer
with a decent bit of Strength(over 200%), using Sentient Wrath to apply dmg vulnerability to enemies, with 3 Conculysts present to mimic his 4th ability, Fusion Strike's dmg is PITIFUL in Steel Path summon dmg in general is also silly low DE you have the code to make ability base dmg scale with level, use it, stop giving stuff big dmg numbers in the thousands that look big but stop being effective vs high level content as it stands, Nova's Null Star with augment kills considerably more efficiently for 1/4 of the energy and less build up Edited 3 hours ago by TKDancer
Cerikus
Unfortunately I have to agree. To me it feels like there is a missing ingredient. Instinctively it feels like it is his 1 that should deal way more damage to enemies when they've been recently affected by his 4. His kit now somehow feels like the loop should be 2 > 4 > 1 and everybody's dead. But 1 does no damage and has basically no synergy with the rest of the kit and 4 is still very inconsequential. Luckily Nova "lite" rework is 10/10 top tier goat.
vFlitz
Hilariously Ortholysts actually do better damage than Conculysts, esepecially when buffed with Nourish. They have better coverage, can actually apply status and kill enemies level 220 steel path units reasonably fast if you strip armor for them. Other than that it's indeed unimpressive. Razor Gyre is guaranteed to be replaced with Helminth as expected, Fusion Strike is only good for the lingering armor strip and not the damage and if people hadn't clawed back the armor strip field it'd be even more useless than Razor Gyre, and out of the summons only Ortholysts stand out. Summulyst aggro capabilities are actually quite good, not far behind Octavia's Resonator. With Noruish it also gets a decent amount of Viral procs out so it's not bad for using Caliban as a weapon platform, but otherwise it just doesn't feel impactful enough. Yea like first hour I noticed how the gunners did more damage not surprised but once you use nourish and armor strip once one Tau proc is on the enemy I'm pretty sure there shots will proc viral so no more on just waiting for them to get hit for them to damage them once tau is applied it's death for them
dwqrf
Called it. Got bashed for it. At least fighting for Caliban to keep his Strip Defense and his Shield Generation was worth it ; he didn't change that much in the end (except he can't build with negative range and keep Shield Regen anymore), but he got a really cool skin. The art team did a really good job, we can't deny that. And the changes to QoL removing summons hitboxes and accelerating overall cast speed is nice too. Didn't notice Tau status effect yet.
