Probably yes but thats irrelevant. Do the quests and unlock https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Sanctuary_Onslaught

ESO is the fastest way to level up weapons and SO is just as good as hydron or slightly better to level up frames.

To @(PSN)iiYOUNGERii,

For taxi you can ask in recruit chat or ask for Legendary Boost & Help in relay,

But you can do Dark Sectors as an alternative to Hydron, they have Extra Affinity bonus, Weapon affinity bonus and Ressources drop bonus up to 30-35%.

IMHO Survival are better as you can go farther in difficulty and exit whenever your warframe isn't strong enough,

Use Helene on Saturn instead, for better resources. It's the same map and basically the same Affinity gain.

Also, better to ask for mission help in-game, not least you should have your Clan (join one if you haven't) there to help you out.
