SALE94
I know this is 100% obvious, but no one asked. 1.For regular vipers, you need too build 2 vipers, and then you can craft the twin vipers. 2.Since we will have twin vipers wraith, with their own slot.. Does that mean we will not need regular twin vipers? Makes totaly sense, since it will be ready straight away, not a blueprint so no build. JessicaAlba
Correct. If you earned them, you won't need to craft them, they will appear in your inventory after the event with their own slot.
Brimir
Most certainly with their own weapon slot AND orokin catalyst as well.

Zedera
That's how it was with the Machete Wraith. Depending on how good the weapon is (usually very good) your potato'd regular viper will probably become a moot point.

ObviousLee
just hope they dont nerf it into S#&$ after they release em.
ZzVinniezZ
just hope they dont nerf it into S#&$ after they release em. well...Vipers hardly be nerf unless it have 30~50 base damage with crit. but Pistol Crit damage is x2 (even with crit damage it kinda useless actually) so i dont think it would be nerf easily. problem is the dual state mod themselves.
