Denizium
Regarding the want for more exploration, I would suggest adding a (better) reward at the end of one or two of those pathway branches that nobody goes down that the lotus doesn't detect (or finds optional) that you can find to increase your mission credit reward by a substantial amount or some special blueprints for something that can only be found that way, possibly add some parkour vaults like in the void to get to them. Maybe have it use the old raid objective, it would be perfect for such a thing. I mean, in my experience, in the void people actually explore more because of those parkour/treasure rooms, no other tileset except the derelicts has any kind of pull to explore like that. RawGritz
Yea when I explore and find secret rooms... the rewards are almost never worth the effort. Some rooms are pretty well hidden and require some skilled parkour to reach. But the boon is always minor like credits and ammo. Zardust
Fun is entirely subjective. And while the best prizes do trend higher, Survival and Defense, clearly prizes are not everything as Mobile Defense and Exterminate both generally do better than invasions while offering less reward. That's true. I was speaking somewhat from personal experience, I've ran a good deal of survivals that boiled down to a group standing around a capsule spamming Rhino Stomp, Molecular Prime, and Desecrate nonstop until finally someone says "I'm tired of this, let's extract at the next 5 minute mark." All we were doing was waiting for rewards. That's not to say I haven't had fun times on survival, and I know my personal experience is a biased standpoint to base statements like that on. Exploration is always a good thing to me. Just something as simple as having uncommon and rare resources be "weighted" so that they're very likely to show up in containers that aren't on the main path could do a lot to encourage more exploring and raiding of the ship/outpost rather than just blitzing through it as fast as you can. Of course expanding on this would be even better; changing map generation to be less linear, addition of "secret/treasure room" tiles, maybe even a rare chance for levels to spawn really nice stuff hidden somewhere like blueprints, parts for special Grineer/Corpus weapons or whatever. Definitely agree on incentives for exploration. Edited March 21, 2014 by BLOODGAZMS

Axterix13
I'm rather surprised Interception maps aren't a bigger hit. I'm surprised they aren't a bigger miss. They're horrid missions, boring, and designed to split up the team. By far the worst type of mission in the game.
HideorEscape
Survival is the most enjoyed? What happened with everyone? I think that's the most boring mission to waste time. Sit on the chair for 20-30 minutes to waste time while swimming in the flood of mobs. I really hope that someday everybody will get enough of it. Most likely its enjoyable because its overplayed to level weapons and warframes, that could be the main reason why everybody enjoys it. (maybe even for ability spam) The escort or hijack mission was very fun, I really hope that the next most enjoyed mission will be the escort/hijack mission type. That mission really did make sense, move and defend while killing enemies. I don't understand what's exploratory, every tile set is randomly generated, I don't explore, I only check out the rooms but I never go to every corner to break a container because I know that it doesn't contain anything useful, not rewarding enough. Knowing how every room looks like is a good reason to not explore. I also never get lost because I always use the mini map.
6079Smith
Well, Rescue being the least-liked mission type was expected. It makes me wonder why you guys removed Raid. At least that was easier... :P
MEsoJD
Lmao! No one likes escort missions DE.

It doesn't reward exploration enough.
Leorion
Of course rewarding would be first. That's the incentive everyone needs to do something. Shouldn't be a surprise and should have been general logic, now since DE has some hand on evidence to prove this, they better get their act together. Yes, I am mainly talking about Sheldon's "commitment".
(PSN)Lieu_David
I think it is plenty challenging trying to survive 4 an hour without the ps4 giving out. I have gotten the blue screen of death too many times after going 50+ mins or more than 60 waves on any def mission.
main_antagonist
Oh cool ! Too bad hijack wasn't included , it was easy but a refreshing change :) I hope that when it comes back it will be more challenging. Didn't now people avoided interception that much O_O And I have a question DE ! :O What do you mean exactly by exploratory? The only gamemode which seems to go with this is the survival gamemode other than that I find no reason to just wander around and explore the map :S I only avoid interception because I seem to get match made with people who aren't ready for it and we fail it because I spend most of the mission reviving them instead of capturing the points on the first 5 waves >__>
