Frame Xp Locked

quick question, is rhino meant to be mastery rank locked, when i access the market on my nub lvl alt account, rhino's blueprint shows as XP LOCKED when the rest all show as purchaseable.

Yes Rhino is Mastery Rank locked, since forever now. It's most likely intentional.

Probs a barrier so you cant get a frame right out of the gate when you start without at least maxing out your starter

ah never noticed before, it just looks weird with all the others being buildable but not rhino.

Has been this way since closed beta. Back then mastery 2 took a fair bit longer to get (a lot less stuff to level + things were a bit harder to make).

 

I remember when the hek was released with MR4 - seemed like an impossible task for me back then.

i suppose it made sense back then with rhino being the first buildable frame players would probably build, probably doesnt make as much sense now tho.
