The tr on the link is referring to Turkey. When you click on it it should take you to your own country's site. (if you really don't want it and hate me just delete tr and type in "en-us")

It usually happens when the game hiccups from a spot of lag. It just means your loadout wasn't saved because communication with the server borked.
