Also, uhm this post barely makes sense, so maybe they didn't understand you.. Black screen? Adaptor-Face Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Support is currently under heavy load, expect long wait times (2-4days). The uninstall button is in the "Programs and Features" section in "Control Panel" and the "Sign Out" button is on the top right pf this page.
