I understand XBone and PS4 players are not gonna be playing with each other, Sony and M$ simply wouldn't do it, but why is there no XBone to PC? I presuming it's something on Microsoft's side rather than lack of tryng from DE? Google/Forum Search never really came up with anything on XBone Cross platform. But (I guess) there are just too many issues that come up with that, one of the biggest being the different update rates. Briefly you were able to migrate your account to the PS4, but the deadline for that is long past. Perhaps they will make this available again at some point in the future, for both consoles. xRufus7x Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 (edited) They announced that it would happen as soon as they could get the builds in sync way back when they first announced Warframe on the PS4. It seemed like they thought Sony was going to be more cooperative with the validation process. This has proven to not be the case. At this point, it is unlikely that the builds will ever be in sync unless DE decides to slow down the PC updates to coincide with the console ones, something that they have said they will not do. Sony are too slow in the validation process so PC and PS4 updates aren't in sync. PS4 is behind PC so crossplay can't happen. Initially there were plans, but technical hurdles that couldn't be surmounted due to promises of not delaying PC updates to let the console versions get in sync sort of prevented the ability to get crossplay working. Maybe they'll revisit this in the future and managed to overcome the political and technical hurtles to make it work but I wouldn't count on it.
