People are actually a problem when it comes to the Grineer. With no conflict with the Tenno or Corpus, the Meridian/Grineer can advance until they have fixed their genetic problems, after which they will be much friendlier and less warlike. -Perrin Sequence wants to fix the economy, this is just a side-improvement. They are also the most advanced and have the best tools to rule (Not only do we not know about how advanced Suda is, but Suda also won't change anything). -New Loka wants Humans to rule, but they are not exactly full-on agressive about it, they consider humans superior, but still value others, just less (YOU!). The veil... The veil just wants to solve everything by KILLING IT. They will just replace the "corrupt" authorities. And then what...what!? Red Veil is the worst of all.
