Breenland
So doing Syndicate missions is cool, getting to work directly for your desired group(s). I am, however, a little disappointed that the leaders themselves (or maybe a handler of some sort for each faction?) doesn't narrate my missions. Just like how Darvo did and how Ordis does in the Archwing missions, I think it'd be fantastic if they led us through the mission. How's that for somethin' neat? GinKenshin
not really a bad idea... +
Kracken
yeah... that would be something - even more if we could fight with opposing syndicate soldiers (tweaked regular ones to match the syndicate) on their maps. unknow99
+1. And if I could give a +2, I'd do it. I also was disappointing when I knew that syndicate missions are still lead by the Lotus... Why not have these guys guide you all the way, or even Darvo?! (I still remember this event because of this)

(I still remember this event because of this) Exactly! It makes a lot of sense for them to handle the missions, since they're the ones you're working (and maybe you're working under Lotus' nose). At the same time, it'd probably be way cool to hear other voices now and again :D
DJ_Redwire
Just something I would like to add to this idea - it would be even more awesome that while the syndicate leader was handling the mission, that they address each specific user as their given rank within the syndicate. So if you're a rank 5 in Steel Meridian and you're doing a capture mission or something, you'd hear something like, "General, we have some targets in this area we want you to haul back to HQ. These are high-risk targets that we only trust someone with your skill and experience to handle. Good luck." Of course the dialogue would be much more akin to what the Steel Meridian leader actually sounds like, but you get the picture. Bibliothekar
Yes, please. I'd love to be led by Suda (or a specialised copy of her) through my missions, especially since I think she would do it way different than Lotus. When Syndicates were first introduced, I was hoping that they'd add this by and by. I still am - but seeing, that nothing has happened about this so far in this direction and we're already three sub-versions in, it can't hurt to mention it, can it? The more people that see it, the better chance DE sees it! I'd love subordinates (or in Suda's, subroutines HOHO) give ya direction in a mission. Makes it feel more personal! renleech
Not only these ideas are amazing, but the dialogue of specific handlers should have specific context. Examples: Steel Meridian: With this reactor disabled, you opened a window in a blockade. A ship full of refugees owe you their lives Tenno New Loka: With this mutant strain eliminated, we are one step closer to purity. The rest is up to imagination.
