Before committing to the upload there is somewhat of a preview on Excal, which is pretty close to what it is in game. I have 255,255,255 (White) parts on my emblem: and it looks alright in game. Make sure to set the alpha for a bit translucency so it won't be too bright and it will give it a holographic effect.
