Lotus turns out to be some evil mastermind that has been brainwashing the tenno the entire time to thinking the Corpus and Grineer are evil factions that need to be ended. We have never seen their civilizations, only their armies. Just think, you've killed hundreds of thousands of soldiers that all have families. The grineer actually just look so similar because they all descend from some ugly group/clan of people (not clones). The entire time the two civilizations have been trying to rescue us to help them fight the infested. The same infested that the lotus secretly wants to wipe out all civilization other than her and her super soldier tennos. And what's under her hat, you ask? Her enlarged alien head of course. She isn't actually part of our solar system. She just came here from a deep space faction that wants to control the entire universe. So, they sent her here on a mission to wipe out our system and take us tenno back to her home. We won't know it though, because we will be brainwashed in to thinking these people are the rest of the old tenno. #LOTUSSECRETSREVEALED2015 People have been saying this for a long time, personally, I don't believe it for several reasons, the main one being that it doesn't really seem to fit, we know that the Grineer oppress the colonies, we know the Corpus only care about money (They literally ripped Tenno apart for profit), the Lotus might be the bad guy (which I doubt), but the Corpus and Grineer are not the good guys.
