Hello

I have come to report a bug on the sedna 
invasion mission siege corpus vs greener, 
at one point on the map have entered a canon 
to be sent to the other side of the map and nothing happens
I have already tried 10 times to do it again online or solo nothing changes
, I have already lost a lot of diagrams because of the bug, please do something

Hello,

Please fix the bug that Syndicate Medallions appears on the unreachable map,Especially on Phobos。

As we all know, there are some similar map plates（Tile Sets） between void and Phobos.

Some mechanisms and doors in void can be opened, while Phobos can't.

Syndicate Medallions that appear behind some doors or mechanisms of Phobos can't be picked up.

(1)door can't be opened,we can't. get in

(2)mechanisms can't run.

（3）In an interception mission on earth.You closed the only window.

Map Hole in a Cave in Orb Vallis, Fortuna.

With a few Bullet Jumps, you can squeeze through this hole and end up out of bounds. Picture is attached in the Support Ticket.

You can fall through the floor in one of the Railjack Spy data vaults when you switch to operator form. This ejects you from the mission area and causes a mission failure unless you are very quick to re-enter the ship.

With The New War changes to the Plains of Eidolon, an Escort Drone objective spawned under the terrain. Close enough to the surface to still be hacked, but pure luck we were able to find it through the floor.

Hole in Orb Vallis, small cave entrance near Harindi Crater

I got stuck in the orokin void in one of the 'speed challenge' rooms, with the 'reach the end before the door closes'

basically the glass part of the door you have to get through was still down i jumped to the ledge, and it did that thing were it blacks out and replaces you on the map and it left me in the room with no way out. both doors were still closed.

Unstuck did nothing, just rotated my character on the spot

i have screenshots on steam but dont know how to upload them as a URL, never done this bug report stuff before.

If someone can tell me how to do that ill post them.
