RawGritz
Once Bastille is full of enemies, the augment mod will repel any excess from entering.
(XBOX)Brennon Cook
I think it only works if your power strength is unchanged or positive. How it works? Once x enemies are being lifted, Bastille will just reject the extras by walling them off.
SquirmyBurrito
Unless it is bugged it should continuously repel excess enemies (once it is carrying its max capacity) for its full duration. This can be easily tested by slapping a maxed overextended on and not adding any additional power strength. Stormandreas
It repels 100% of the time. If you lower your power strength (why the hell would you if your using bastille), then it'll be 100% of the time.

(PSN)PHILWIGGLYBITS
After bastille reaches maximum capacity for suspended enemies, which varies due to power strength, repelling bastille will have a chance to force any enemy who enters its radius away. This chance is affected by the rank of repelling bastille. At rank: 0 - 50% chance to repel. 1 - 65% chance to repel. 2 - 80% chance to repel. 3 - 100% chance to repel. Doughalo2
thanks guys, it must be bugged then, or does negative strength stop it from being 100% ?
Otenko
thanks guys, it must be bugged then, or does negative strength stop it from being 100% ? As others have said, negative strength brings the percentage down from 100%. Edited March 16, 2015 by Otenko
Darzk
It also only effects enemies entering the perimeter of the ability. If you were to drop a Bastille in an area where there were more enemies than it can pick up, it will only pick up the limit, and the remaining enemies would not be effected by the augment.
