Fire is good against any enemy causing them to fire panic
Electric is good too against any enemy because of shocking them

but

Poison is weak enemies dont have any stun effect so Chroma will still get damage from enemies
Cold is weak because enemies are just slowed down and Chroma will still get damage from enemies

 

First skil should get buff to make this skill good at all elemental type.

Damage reduction 50%
No one could take chroma down while he is using first ability with melee weapon. Take a distance and shot from distance.

Honestly, the status effects are not worth the low damage and gimped mobility. The whole thing needs work.

if you activate and disable immediately wouldn't it work like banshee, oberon or necros first skill? just pumping a status and meager damage.

I dunno about banshee and nekros, but oberon's first skill does very heavy damage, staggers enemies, spreads radiation procs across a MASSIVE area and has homing projectiles, as well as having the perk of being usable whilst reloading and firing. It is in no way comparable to an ability that fires in a cone and gimps your movement whilst applying status effects that aren't that great, especially in such a comparatively small area.

You can still dodgeroll to get around quicker. And while channeling you are immune to CC effects and energy leeching effects. So there are some positives not mentioned.
