You can always mod it to have negative duration or simply do not use it unless you need to. I have modded my Valkyr to have a very short duration Hysteria and that works fine. Emphasis on uncontrolable. This. For any of us who HAVE gone into irl berserk mode, we know exactly how hard it is to turn off. Many don't even know what happened afterward.
