There's way too many other circumstances to give an answer,such as where are they fighting? What weapons do they have? How much do they know about the opponent? It's impossible to say. Especially if Shepard is a biotic; since no one else has shields, they'd be sitting ducks. But I agree with Bunny: there're too many undefined variables to be able to tell.
