Zareek
Greetings! I just realized that the first preview we got of bullet jump was more horizontal than vertical. However, when we use bullet jump, we tend to go up a fair bit, meaning it's not that useful in small corridors. Simple question here. Should it be adjusted so we have more freedom of the direction we go with it?
TheKingOfAllNoobs
We already have freedom of direction. I can easily vault up to the second level of my dojo hall with it.
Kalvorax
from my testing it really depends on HOW you initiate the jump...I found when sprinting I tended to go more horizontal, where as if i was just normal running then it would go at a higher angle. Also, i think the angle of the camera plays a small part
AdunSaveMe
It's just the reverse aiming thing. If you aim at the ground in front of you, you'll go up. It could use a tweak so it doesn't launch you up, but you'll have to get used to not staring at the floor.
[DE]Grzegorz
Imho it should be something like this: Green: Follows aim. Orange: Parallel to the ground. Red: Vector inversion.

Being able to go nearly straight horizontal would fix that. We basically have very little parkour freedom in those corridors.

FelisImpurrator
Mm, that was something I found odd - I never could figure out why sometimes I could do a perfect horizontal bulletjump, and other times my warframe would launch at close to thirty degrees. Wotca
I too have issues running into the tops of door frames when trying to bullet jump down corridors. Jump once then bullet jump, it will follow your angle exactly when you're not on the ground. Gives a lot more accuracy and control.
JDP04
if you aim at the ground it will take you up. the weird thing is if you aim straight to the front when there's a slope/hill it will take you up. lol
