Suffering Knockdown Mid Air While Performing A Slam Attack Should Cancel The Animation At All

Suffering a knockdown in the air while performing a slam attack, forces it to be performed after getting up, which doubles the time locked in the spot, the slam attack animation should be cancelled by the knock down, instead if getting queued

if you think about it, good melee users will usually get really close to their targets, they could kill even if the range was 0.5 meters, they won't suffer from it, but most of melee users just spam E without worrying about tracking the enemy because of the range.

The most hilarious thing happened to me today: 

 

Equinox put me to sleep while I was mid-air doing a ground slam;

 

I stayed mid-air for five seconds;

 

woke up and continued the ground slam;

 

killed the Equinox beneath me. 

 

10/10 will ground slam again.

On a more serious note, yes ground slam should be interrupted by knockdown, abilities and such.
