The Grakata requires crit mods to get anywhere unless you don't mind treating it like a twin viper... Conversely, since the Karak is about raw firepower, the Tiberon is just as easy to mod for and is fairly easy to get one's hands on. It's practically a prime level weapon (lower end prime at least) but the burst fire is admittedly an acquired taste. Also, it requires a forma to build, so One will likely end up with the Karak, Latron, or a very well modded Braton long before they hit the void with any frequency to suggest having spare forma.
