Maybe a mustache at the end of the gun, too. XD If we consider warframes as weapons, then all of them can have a cool Halloween skin, too... Edit: DrBorris's Liset want sounds good too! Also, anything 'ball' related, like grenades, tesla balls, penta bombs, etc should be skulls instead. i.e. just go the full skele-route.
