-FV-Metheria
If you are taking fatal damage that would down/kill you, it will drain energy to keep you alive at 2 health. About 300 Energy equals 700 Extra Emergency Health*. Useful on weaker frames with lots of energy, like Nova. *This assumes you max it out before use Edited November 25, 2015 by -FV-Metheria
tveeggad
Preferably in conjunction with Flow, or Primed flow if you have access to one. Pretty much what it does is to serve as a last resort, and drains your energy when you receive normally lethal damage. It's not something you should learn to rely on, but it can save you either way. People like to use it on glass cannons with high energy pools, but can work on anything.
NinjaZeku
Also, Rage - to fill your Energy while you take Health damage - combos fantastically with this.

About 300 Energy equals 700 Extra Emergency Health. Useful on weaker frames with lots of energy, like Nova. Precisely that Works best in combination with Rage and Flow, as Rage will give you energy by losing health and Flow increases your max energy and therefor your maximum emergency health. Also, as energy isnt affected by having no oxygene, this combination is great if your survival mission fails and your stuck in the middle of nowhere wihout oxygene or health, as you still have your energy to absorb damage,
-Kyubey-
A thing to note is that, when the mod is working, you stagger. This could be dangerous as you can be stun-locked and killed.
321agemo
It activates when you have will go under 2 health. The damage which would normally cause you to fall down/die are instead dealt to your energy supply (assuming you have energy) At max rank (240% damage efficiency) for every 2.4pts of damage, you lose 1 energy point. CGs_Knackie
With Flow/primed flow otherwise QT is really bad. If you got QT you stay with 2HP as long as you have energy so with rage and LS this is really awesome. If you don't have energy anymore you die. Beware sometimes QT is bugged.. :/
Kiochy
I've read that armor reduce energy used on hit.
Kai_Shiba
A thing to note is that, when the mod is working, you stagger. This could be dangerous as you can be stun-locked and killed. Which in my opinion, needs to go.

Pretty much this. Most important factor in using QT above all that was mentioned before. You can get stagger locked with the mod and die anyway if you get in a situation where you cannot break contact with enemies once QT got triggered. (Similarly to being pinballed around with ground pound attacks coming in from multiple heavy units around you) I'd leave QT off from any build except Trinity as she can use Link to transfer the stagger effect onto enemies instead. Airwolfen
Tbh. I rather get staggered then just die.
Autongnosis
Just a note though, Link does not transfer the QT stagger unto enemies. What it does do though, is making such a stagger less likely thanks to the 75% DR it provides.
