[Spoiler] What If The Stalker, And Other Warframes....

So, i just finished the second dream yesterday, and it peaked my curiousity. Over the last 36 hours i have been pouring over lore of Warframe, an have an idea

The warframes are surrogate hosts for the children of ten zero (ten -0), but they dont act like the metal puppets they should. As we see in the end of the second dream, your frame acts on its own, unconnected to a tenno, and breaks the sword war. Why would it do this, unless it isnt a puppet.

I know this idea of "warframes are already alive" have been on the forums, but what about a new twist to the concept. A movie was released a year ago about a man who was nearly dead, and instead had his conscience implanted into a new body. Throughout the story his "old bodies" memories became his own, and he came to a family he didnt know, but that his "body" did.

Theres a book about a boy who is paralyzed, and through a spinal implant, he can control a robot.

(Props to you if you can name the movie and book)

We look at warframes as the latter, but what if they are the former. Warframes are not simple puppets, and can act on their own in strange ways, such as the second dream ending, and the story in rhino primes codex.

We see rhino go on a rampage. Thats not unusual, any rhino player does that. But, in the middle of his rampage, he stops to eat the corpses, like an animal.

Since the majority of people agree the metal puppet idea isnt probable, what about a previously used body?

If we go with this idea, that warframes are not suits, created by the orokin, but instead are not created, but found, pre used....

We know the orokin was full of jerks. They were fine with tourting kids, murdering the one person they trusted, all to have power. Does it also not make since that they would conserve time and energy to profit themselves?

If this is the case, then would it not make since that, once the used body gained life, they would try to revitalize their old self? This is what happened to rhino. The frame was that of what once was a beast, and once it gained life, the tenno lost control of the frame, and it went to act like its old self.

Now, this all comes to the stalker. He is an old body that has regained most of its former self, but not all of it.

He has great mobility functions, and can control the power that his "frame", his body, once possessed, but because he is merely, i dare say a zombie, he has limited speech, as seen in the cutscene. This would also be why his voice is so raspy. The vocal cords has decayed enough make that rasp. They still work, just not as well.

Now, to the final debunking theory. People will ask, but the stalker thought the tenno lived in the frames, and therefore hunted them.

If we remember that the stalker was once a frame, that regained it old bodies sentience, it wouldnt have complete memory control. Not only would the brain have slightly decayed, also resulting in poor speech, but it would lose memories. Such as memories of being controlled.

The stalker stabs the the frame because, as it remembers, the frame is alive. It has control. But...it doesnt have full control because it doesnt have complete sentience. In the stalkers eyes, the tenno are the masters to a dog. The dog, the frame, has great power, and has some knowledge and understanding, but not enough to live alone. Thats where the tenno comes in. They are the masters. And, like a dog, when their master is in trouble, as we see in the end of second dream, they will do what they can to protect their masters

Tl:dr

Lazy lazy people. Tenno are the controllers. Frames are pre used bodies that can gain sentience because of the tennos energy. The stalker is a warframe that has gained complete sentiance, and is a zombie, a used body that is reliving because of the tennos energy.

Well? What do you think? Do you agree? Do you dosagree? Why?

Humans love to Anthropomorphize things.  For the Hidden messages quest, Mirage seemed to have a personality of her own.  the Animation sets make that it seem each Frame has it's own personality while the Tenno Directs it and gives it power.

For all we know Hemnal (sp?) in War, was accidentally giving the Warframe power.. power enough for it to act on its own, and the Frame acted to protect its operator with what little ability it had

Stalker is insane, and hates all other warframes, and wants to kill them all, so he is the only one.  Kind of like trying to destroy all the mirrors in so you are not reminded by what you look like.  But that hate doesn't register on the Tenno/operator since it isn't what the stalker thinks he really is.

It's also getting annoying. The end of the quest implies that he is a Tenno, not one of the many headcanons people are using to change/fill in the lore.

Implies, sure, but it's not definite. Personally, I'm just not even going to acknowledge the lore until it stops answering questions with more questions.
