Braton Vandal is upgraded ( atm downgraded ) weapon by tennos, so it should be better than standard Braton, but theoretically there can be Braton Prime which is superior than Braton Vandal. I would calm both sides, becouse that new Prime could obtain everyone and Vandal will be, what it should be. Um Braton is more Corpus-like as a weapon... Just without that PewPew sounds... And if im correct Braton is Tenno gun no Corpus. Even if Corpus "invented" Bratons most of theirs tech is Orokin based. Yes, this solution is more work for devs, but to be honest, its their fault. They started listening to new jealous players and started buffing/nerfing bratons. If they created some similar gun to Vandal when first whine start or just said "Vandal is reward for CB players, we will create new gun for you in the future" then none of this would happened. I have no problem with that whatsoever. I'm a firm believer in not having different stat weapons on items that can't be obtained any more; especially when they are more/less powerful. Amistyrja Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 +1 to buffing the Braton Vandal to fit its description as long as its just a more specialized and practical sidegrade to the normal Braton. -1 if it simply becomes a direct upgrade of the Braton. I don't use mine too much anymore since it's 30 now and I'm simply just trying to grind stuff to get my mastery back up since I did the reset. I would still like it to at least have more damage. Makes no sense for a weapon that's suppose have superior damage have less damage than the original. This used to be a great weapon but too many nerf cries brought it down to be even worse than the Braton. Buff it, don't make it a super weapon compared to the normal braton but at least buff the damage a little. Normal Braton is suppose to be a newbie weapon anyway. That would be some what dumb and redundant seeing as..... that would screw over all Vandal users and I bet a graveyard full of potatoes there will be a huge backlash from the community users who own them, as well as defeat the ORIGINAL purpose/promise of rewarding beta users with the Vandal, resetting it back to normal braton not only will screw over ppl who forma'D/Potato'D it but also ppl who put work into them. Basically a dumb move if DE ever pulls such a redundant move. Anyone can get a Braton if they so choose off the market. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just not as good as the standard Braton. that is were you are wrong my friend i have mine at lvl 30 and with split barrel serration ammo mod and armor piercing the thing is a beast even more powerful then the gorgon becuase it is pretty accurate over longer ranges every weapon sucks untill you learn how to use it and mod it accordingly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
