Do you have to not hack them and wait for them to drop things? I know they die by themselves after a while after hacking them but nothing drops then either. From what I've heard in region chat, 6% droprate. don't quote me on that though, no idea if its true. I do know that after 3 runs I have only gotten toxic mods. edit: oh and for the bursas, Ivaras Prowl only gives ammo. If they still drop mods (specifically, tempo royale) I do not know yet. Tempo Royale and Astral Twilight should drop.Did a 40 minute Bursa framing.They didn't even drop a single common mod?! And we killed sooooo many Bursas. Team was Mag, Trinity, Nekros and Ivara. We then just finished, Mag even made the Razorback go poof.
