How to mod Vectis Prime?

I've been told Vectis Prime is the ideal weapon for Sortie Assassination.  I've never really used Snipers, so I'm not sure how to mod it to get the most out of it.  Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Serration, split chamber, 2 90% elements, argon scope, bladed rounds, point strike, vital sense

Full Crit one shot kill or Double status for Vectis P.

The usual crit build + status. Your damage will be reduced because of armor, but bleed procs will ignore armor and each DoT will deal 35% of your full damage 7 times.

it's a Sniper Rifle, you use basically the same Mods on all of them.
Multishot, Base Damage, 2 Crit Mods, 2 90% Elementals, Punch-Through (since it isn't innate), and then whatever you feel is going to benefit your situation the most.
another Elemental for Multipliers vs two Armor Types, Argon Scope / Bladed Rounds for focusing on one Health Type, Et Cetera.

and Lanka is the only Sniper Rifle with Status worth mentioning.

I would also consider charged chamber and depleted reload for a bit of a gimmick

IDK, 40% damage probs isn't that good. Just kind of a funny thing to do. IMO using a vectis without depleted reload is heresy.
