Ivara ability?

There is an ability icon that seems to show up randomly next the shields in the HUD after melee attacks while using Ivara. It's kinda hard to describe but it looks like an eye at the bottom of it and it always has a five second timer when it shows up. What is that?

 

Edit: Thanks Raul and BaronOfDeath! I did have Lesion equipped. Had no idea it had that ability.

If its the buff you see in the middle is as -Raul- said Lesion buff. Which is this: 

" The Lesion is an Infested polearm based off the Tipedo. Upon inflicting a Status Effect on its target, the Lesion gains bonuses to its Attack Speed and guaranteed  Toxin procs, which coupled with its primary focus on  Slash damage makes it a dangerous weapon against lightly-armored targets. "

My thought is that your using the polearm Lesion, maybe?

Hmm, it would be best if you had a picture. I can't think of any part of Ivara's kit that would cause this so I think that it is something else.

sounds like [an Unranked] Berserker.

 

or it could be an Arcane of some sort, perhaps.

That's what I was thinking as well, but I don't know what the buff icon looks like.
