I accidentally purchased an item and would like a refund

Is it possible to get the plat back? i bought the wrong warframe, my friend said the wrong name for the warframe :D

You should ask support. There's nothing here in the forums that will help.

Made a similar mistake and they had no issues refunding it. You should be fine.

Try asking Support. However, there are no guarantees, and for the most part, all purchases are final.

Your best bet is to contact support as the other's have mentioned.

Also make sure to Not use the item you want a refund on, if you do then support won't be able to refund you.
